If you’re looking to live in Kalorama, but aren’t interested in one of the highly-priced houses in the neighborhood, there are plenty of condominium options to choose from. Most of these are located in the northern end of the neighborhood, also called Kalorama Triangle. This area is adjacent to Adams Morgan and all it has to offer in the way of dining, drinking, and shopping. Kalorama is almost entirely residential, yet still within walking distance to both the Woodley Park and Dupont Circle Metro stations on the red line.
