Ben Puchalski | Co-Founder | Associate Broker

Ben got his license to sell real estate in 2003 and has been involved in hundreds of deals in the Washington, DC metro area. In the past, he has worked for two of the largest franchised brokerages in the DC area. He works as the company lead on strategic business planning and agent development. 

Since 2008, banks and financial institutions have relied on Ben's expertise in the DC area real estate market to sell their foreclosed and distressed properties. Ben was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and then went on to study at St Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Ben currently lives in a row home in 16th Street Heights with his wife Melissa and collie Julep. When Ben is not selling real estate he enjoys hiking in Rock Creek Park, camping in Shenandoah National Park, and gardening. Nate Ward | Co-Founder | Team Lead

Nate is the co-founder of The Capital Park Team and has been licensed to sell real estate since 2002. Nate has built his career on his extensive knowledge of all things real estate. He is a third-generation broker with substantial first-hand experience in real estate development, renovation, investment, and management.

Nate passionately believes that savvy real estate transactions are a key catalyst for all good things in life. He is a master negotiator, tireless worker, and dynamic problem solver who prides himself on a professional and diligent approach to each transaction. When a client works with him, their exceptional experience translates to repeat buyers and sellers. Nate firmly believes that no one is more committed to providing value to the client in a transaction than a great real estate broker.  

Nate lives in Chevy Chase with his wife, Jackie, along with their two children and two dogs. He grew up in Burlington, Vermont before going on to graduate summa cum laude with honors in Economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. When he isn’t working, Nate enjoys spending time with his family, running in Rock Creek Park, kite surfing in the Outer Banks, and golfing at many of the great courses around the nation's capital.  If you have questions for Nate, send him an email.
