Professional Credentials : You hold an active real estate license in either DC, VA, or MD (exceptions will be made for certain candidates). If you don't have an active license, click here for information on becoming licensed.
Sales Experience : Ideally you have previous experience selling real estate. If you haven’t sold real estate before, we may consider applicants with prior professional experience representing a product or a brand.
Communication Skills : You’re a clear and effective speaker and writer. You should know your local market, the sales contract, and the transaction process cold.
Organizational Ability : You are highly organized and have the ability to complete tasks to meet a deadline. A few of the most important components of smooth real estate transactions is handling paperwork with the utmost attention to detail, meeting contract deadlines, and keeping all parties updated and informed from start to finish.
Multi-tasking : Being an effective real estate agent involves juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously. You should be comfortable with managing clients in all phases of the transaction cycle while providing exceptional service.
Compensation: You are comfortable earning an income based 100 percent on real estate commissions.
Income potential : In their first year at The Capital Park Team most successful agents earn an impressive income. Outstanding agents have the potential to make multitudes more.
