Dupont Circle is an iconic and well-beloved neighborhood in Northwest Washington DC. With such popularity and so many people and businesses wanting to maintain a claim to their part of Dupont Circle, it is quite rare to find new condominiums cropping up there. J Street Companies, however, has managed to begin such an undertaking and it is called The Pacifica. The developer acquired what was 2122 - 2128 N Street NW in 2017 and construction is expected to be completed later this year.

 Embassy Row is a stately area that runs along Massachusetts Avenue NW between Scott Circle and the U.S. Naval Observatory. It is home to most of the international embassies and diplomatic missions in Washington, DC. The area around this strip includes the neighborhoods of Dupont Circle, Kalorama, Woodley Park, Glover Park, Georgetown, and the West End. If you’re looking to live in Kalorama, but aren’t interested in one of the highly-priced houses in the neighborhood, there are plenty of condominium options to choose from.
