The neighborhood is home to Fort Slocum Park at its southern end, as well as Coolidge High School, its fields, and the Coolidge Recreation Center at its northern end. Kennedy St NW in the southeastern corner provides a regularly increasing number of commercial and retail options. There are also several small businesses scattered throughout the neighborhood.
Manor Park Property Values
Manor Park is the even more residential neighbor of the Takoma neighborhood. While it is close to the DC suburbs, it really provides much more of an urban residential feel than a suburban one.
