New Construction: The Pacifica

Dupont Circle is an iconic and well-beloved neighborhood in Northwest Washington DC. With such popularity and so many people and businesses wanting to maintain a claim to their part of Dupont Circle, it is quite rare to find new condominiums cropping up there. J Street Companies, however, has managed to begin such an undertaking and it is called The Pacifica. The developer acquired what was 2122 - 2128 N Street NW in 2017 and construction is expected to be completed later this year.

In addition to these fantastic one-of-a-kind haunts, Dupont Circle also benefits from the presence of local and national chains such as Beefsteak, Sweetgreen, Shake Shack, and District Taco.

Dupont Circle hosts a solid cohort of retail boutiques, and the convenience of living at The Pacifica continues as we step back and notice that the condo is flanked by Whole Foods Market in neighboring Logan Circle and Trader Joe’s in nearby Foggy Bottom. Though Dupont Circle is blessed with its own Metro station on the Red line, The Pacifica rests near the neighborhood’s southern boundary, incredibly close and walkable to the offerings and necessities of Downtown DC.
