16th Street Heights is one neighborhood in Northwest DC that provides a great amount of space inside and out for a reasonable price. If you’re interested in a three-level row home in that neighborhood, there are plenty of options. Most of the row homes in 16th Street Heights lie in the southern end of the neighborhood and feature large lot sizes. Additionally, the majority of three-level homes include a basement as a third level, with the opportunity to use it as storage space or rent it out to help lower the cost of a mortgage. 16th Street Heights is mostly just a residential neighborhood, but there are retail options on 14th Street NW and Georgia Avenue NW.
