The Apollo is the brand-new development located in the center of H Street. It's actually built on the former site of the Apollo Theatre, the legendary entertainment venue that opened in 1913 and lasted until 1955.

Everything about the Apollo is local—The Daily Rider bike shop even ended up moving their shop into the bustling building. The lobby is adorned with art from Longview Gallery.
