Cathedral Heights is a bustling neighborhood in D.C. with plenty of new retail and living spaces popping up every day. Cathedral Heights has many exciting things coming, perhaps the most eye-catching headline of late has been the news of a Wegman’s coming to anchor the Fannie Mae that is in the neighborhood. The redevelopment of Fannie Mae is set to open in 2022. There are also additional plans to open a high-end hotel and spa.

The neighborhood, of course, gets its name from the Washington National Cathedral, which is always holding multiple events and exhibits.
