Condos in Adams Morgan

Condos in Adams Morgan are mainly renovated older properties as the community in Northwest Washington D.C. has long been fully developed. But a few developers are turning to Adams Morgan to produce new condo projects for home buyers looking for upscale city living in homes they can call their own.

Most of the new condos in Adams Morgan are smaller projects, like Capital City Real Estate’s 19-unit development at 1700 Euclid Street NW. These condos start in the mid-$300s and include one, two and three-bedroom layouts. These condos in Adams Morgan even include a few penthouse units with multi-level rooftop decks.  Sales have already begun and delivery is slated to start this summer.

Actually, most of the condos at 1700 Euclid Street are under contract, but the developer still lists at least one condo for $349,000 on the terrace level. But Capital City Real Estate also has a 4-unit project nearby at 2435 Euclid Street that has not yet hit the market. These row home luxury condos will start in the low $500s.

Adams Morgan is known for its bustling nightlife and its close proximity to Rock Creek Park and the National Zoo. Other new condos in Adams Morgan include those at 2337 Champlain Street.

Developed by Federal Capital Partners and Altus Realty Partners, the Champlain Street condos in Adams Morgan are 40 units ranging from 500 square feet to 900 square feet and starting in the high $200s pricing up the high $500s. They’re slated for delivery in 2014.

Several condos are already on the market near both the Champlain Street condo project and the 1700 Euclid Street condos. At 2301 Champlain Street, a first-floor, two-bedroom condo lists for $349,000. It includes 624 square feet and is in a pristinely renovated building. The condo fee is $349 per month.
