New Condos in Shaw: The Perla

The Perla is a one of the newest mixed-use buildings planned for the Shaw neighborhood located at 810 O St NW. Previously the site of a prominent church, the cathedral was eventually torn down after approval from the Historic Preservation Review Board. Sales for the Perla are expected to start in early 2019 with construction completion in late 2019.

The nine-story building will hold 66 condos, underground parking, and thousands of square feet for retail space located at the ground level.
