They enjoy the free wifi in the common areas and the fast, responsive elevators. Residents do, however, gripe about the cost of parking, which can run more than $225 per month.
Renting is hot in the U Street corridor, as the options for buying are limited lately as this community, like much of Washington D.C., has swung to a sellers’ market.
