In the very near future, Brightwood will have something for everyone! This delightful L-shaped community in Northwest DC has been shaking off the dust for the past several years, creating public desire for its fantastic residential offerings. In addition to a bounty of assorted trees, Brightwood’s streets are lined with great, characterful single-family homes, apartments and condos, such as The Delaney have cropped up, but most Brightwood real estate options include rowhomes or detached houses of primarily brick construction.
