Petworth Flats, new condos in the Petworth area, are ready to hit the market soon, as the developers are hosting an open house on Thursday, May 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the condos at 4336 7th Street NW, on the corner of Webster Street.

Developer UrbanLand Company, based on nearby Florida Avenue, is trying to shore up an email list of  buyers interested in the Petworth Flats by offering a slew of incentives – they say up to $9,000 for those who join the mailing list. The property on Princeton Place in Northwest Washington, DC is just a few blocks from the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro station. The home was listed for $749,900, but after eight days on the market, the closing price soared to $770K.
