Nate understood what I was looking for and did not waste time with properties that didn't fit my specifications. At the same time, he did a fantastic job advising me on additional "big picture" things I should consider about each property, from the location to layout. Nate struck a great balance between assessing the property as a sound investment for me and considering what I wanted for a HOME. He also patiently humored my quirkier hang-ups (a love of exposed brick and total opposition to weird smells). I felt Nate was truly interested in finding the perfect place for me rather than just making a sale. He was personable, easy to talk to, and extremely honest. He was willing to trek out for a single showing at 8:30 on a random Thursday night with a few hours notice because he was convinced it was a winner-- and that property ended up being the condo I bought.
