After meeting several different realtors to gauge their level of service, knowledge, and commitment, my partner and I were immediately at ease after our first meeting with Nate and really appreciated his patience and wealth of knowledge, especially as first time home buyers. When we found the place we ended up buying, Nate had no qualms about taking me on a tour of the crawlspace so that we could inspect for termite damage before the official inspection.
