"Without having checked Ben's reviews or credentials out, we decided to check out some places that he'd recommended after contacting me through his company's website. I told him what we were looking for and he was really great about sending us listings as soon as he found anything that fit our criteria. He showed us a bunch of places, giving honest opinions about all of them and offering us naive first time home buyers lots of advice about financing, etc. Once we found a good fit, he helped us find the appropriate people for inspection, pest inspection, etc. We felt comfortable asking him questions and confident that he was giving us good advice. We felt supported but never pressured to look at properties or make offers. He was quick to send out new listings and able to show us things quickly as well as easy to contact with questions."
