Lincoln Heights Properties & Features
Lincoln Heights is a neighborhood in Northeast DC. Housing options there consist primarily of brick and frame townhouses and garden apartments. Along the main streets of the neighborhood, however, many detached homes can be seen including ramblers, bungalows, Colonials, and foursquares. Lincoln Heights plays host to two public charter schools: the Quest Academy Campus of KIPP DC and Maya Angelou PCS, which is adjacent to Evans Recreation Center. To the north lies the Woodson Senior Recreation Center and Marvin Gaye Park, named for the acclaimed soul singer who grew up just to the north in Deanwood.

Lincoln Heights has no Metro Station, however Capitol Heights Metro Station on the Blue and Silver Lines is nearby. East Capitol St SE provides direct access to Capitol Hill and Downtown DC.
Lincoln Heights is bounded by Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE to the north, 58th St NE to the east, East Capitol St NE to the south, and Division Ave NE to the west.
