4204 13TH PL NE, WASHINGTON, DC 20017

List Price: $325,000

This is a single family home in Brookland.  The home needs a full renovation due to water damage and the smell of cat.  Ugh.  The price started at $369,500 and has been on market for 56 days.  Should be flex in sellers price due to condition.  7-8 blocks from Brookland metro stop on the red line.

1521 K ST SE, WASHINGTON, DC 20003

List Price: $329,500

Attached home near Potomac Ave metro station on Capitol Hill.  Would need to be renovated.  Good buy and flip or buy and hold property.

1329 MONTELLO AVE NE, WASHINGTON, DC 20002

List Price: $300,000

This is an attached row home in Trinidad.  Renovated homes are going for as much as $550K now in this area.  The price would need to come down on this one for it to make sense.

11 JEFFERSON ST NE, WASHINGTON, DC 20011

List Price: $399,900

This is a big bungalow up in the Chillum area of NE DC.  The home is within walking distance to the Fort Totten metro station and really close to all the development coming in up there.

1420 CRITTENDEN ST NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20011

List Price: $548,800

This is an overpriced attached home in 16th Street Heights.  This home has great size and is listed as 2,880 total sq ft.  Price is a bit high and no price corrections have been made since it was listed.  This home has been listed twice in the last year and has been on the market for 266 days total.
