How to Get a Licensed to Sell Real Estate in Washington DC

If you would like to get your salesperson's license in Washington DC, you will need to complete the following steps:

    1. Sign up and complete the 60 hour pre-licensing course. Check the list of the DC real estate board approved pre-licensing schools.
