DC Area Neighborhood Search
Not only are you able to search by criteria, you are also able to search by a location on the map! When you are viewing the Interactive Map Search, at the top you will see three blue buttons: Draw Polygon, Draw Radius and Search in Bounds. Looking for property within a 2-mile radius of Rock Creek Park? Find the correct location on the map, click Draw Radius and move your cursor until you’ve created the radius you want. Click on the houses that populate in the radius for listing information. Looking for a property within 4 blocks from Chinatown? Find the correct location on the map, click Draw Polygon and click on the points of the map to create your shape. Click on the houses that populate in the radius for listing information.
Veteran Approved Housing Updates
Our biggest and most exciting new addition to the website is the veteran approved condo filter! If you’re qualified for a VA loan, then you know how tedious and time consuming it is to actually find a condo that is eligible for a VA loan. Now you have access to all the VA housing listings, all in one place. Veteran’s work hard, finding a home should be easy!
Daily Email Updates
Have you created a search that you want to stay up-to-date on? Click on the Advanced Search button found underneath the menu bar. Once the advanced search opens, there is a gray box that tells you how many listings match your criteria. There are three buttons located below, click Save This Search. (For some screen sizes the Save This Search button appears to the right of the listing box.) Give your search and title and choose how frequently you want to receive updates. If you don’t want to receive emails, select Never and the search will still be saved so you can access whenever you would like!
Personal Profile Features
Creating a profile on cparkre.com will give you exclusive access and updates on the listings you’re most interested in. To create a profile, click the person icon at the top left of the screen, the login box will pop-up, click Register Now. Fill out the required fields and register. Once you are signed in, click the settings wheel, at the top left menu bar. That will open a side page to the right of your browser. There you can connect with us on social media, view properties that are saved under favorites, view saved searches, read messages from CPR agents and edit your preferences. Clicking dashboard will take you to the page where you can see all of the information in one place. To sign-out, simply click the arrow icon located on the main menu bar at the top left.
