Included in the condo fees are cable TV, lawn maintenance, management, reserve funds, security, water, sewer, taxes, trash removal, snow removal, and the exercise room. Keener Management runs the property and has an office in the building to accommodate owners.
The Chastleton is located four blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro station. It is also five blocks from Adams Morgan, three blocks from the U Street Corridor, and just two blocks from 14th St. NW and Logan Circle.
