Residences at City Center, a project that spans five blocks just south of New York Avenue from 11th to 9th Streets and down to H Street, is offering a variety of apartment and condo luxury living in the Chinatown and Penn Quarter neighborhoods.

Chinatown, anchored by the Verizon Center, is a bustling neighborhood full of unique eateries and bars with some of the more expensive real estate in the city. The Spy Museum and Portrait Gallery are here as are a number of new office buildings and condos, among them the Residences at City Center, which is just blocks from Metro Center and Chinatown Gallery Metro Stations.

One-bedroom, 768-square-foot condos at the Residences at City Center go for about $585,000, according to Capital Park Realty listings. The $723 condo fee includes maintenance, trash removal and use of amenities like the party room and gym. Overall, there are 213 homes prioritizing light and outdoor spaces, according to Residences at City Center’s website.

The windows are oversized, from floor to ceiling. Private outdoor spaces come with all units, whether terraces, balconies or Juliet balconies. The decors are dominated by light colors, from white cabinets to natural color wood floors. The two rooftop decks include an area for grilling and a nice seating area with plenty of tables amid ample landscaping.

Two-bedroom condos here start from the $800,000s up to $3.5 million. And condos at the Residences at City Center are indeed going fast. The units at 925 H Street NW were 51% sold as of earlier this month, having just hit the market in late fall for pre-sales, with an interactive sales gallery opening on January 2. The condos will be ready for move in by this fall for homebuyers interested in Residences at City Center.
