1851 NEWTON ST NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20010

List Price: $599,900

This is a large estate sale of an attached row home in Mount Pleasant that needs some loving.  It is best suited for a homeowner using the FHA203K program or an investor using cash.  The square footage on this home is 2,760.  This 1911 built row home has a nice size lot of .06 of an acre or 2,600 square feet.  The property features a 1 car garage.

422 N St NW, WASHINGTON, DC  20001

List Price: $485,000

This is a bank owned 2 unit in Shaw right by the convention center.  What a great opportunity.  The basement unit will bring in $1,400 a month in income.  The property has the potential for 2 car parking.  A lot of buyers will get scared by the boarded up windows but the property is actually in pretty good shape.  The home was totally renovated in the last 5 years I would guess.  Great buy!

3234 WARDER ST NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20010

List Price: $425,000

The real estate market is as hot as any in the Park View neighborhood in Northwest DC.  This is a large end unit row home with 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  The Georgia Ave metro station in Petworth is about 7 blocks from this location.

1323 KENNEDY ST NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20011

List Price: $505,000

A bit overpriced for the 16th Street Heights neighborhood.  This is an end unit row home that needs work.  The home is listed as 6 bedrooms and 2 baths.  I have seen homes that need this much work sell for $500,000 but those were further south in 16th Street Heights.  This home has off street parking.
