Walter Haselrig

Walt has been a real estate investor and developer since 2009. He started his career as a union construction worker and later attended Penn State to pursue a degree in finance & marketing. While in college, he fell in love with exploring real estate. After graduating, Walt continued to work with his construction company in a management role and eventually left the industry to become a government contractor. He spent 5 years in Afghanistan doing project management under the Department of State, including the construction of prison facilities. Upon returning to the states, Walt continued working on government programs as a Business Operations Manager. Shortly after, his passion for real estate drove him to make a career change and become a full-time developer. Walt truly loves designing houses and helping families find (or create) their dream home. Most of all, he prides himself on helping ensure clients find a house that is structurally sound and supportive of their lifestyle. Walt grew up in Pennsylvania but relocated to the DMV in 2000. He now lives in NW DC with his wife Hanna. They share a passion for travel and have been to over 50 countries combined - with hopefully many more to come. Walt is a huge Steelers fan and loves to geek out on anything tech-related.
